INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups zucchini

- 1 peeler

STEPS
Peel zucchini with a peeler.
Grate the peeled zucchini with a grater.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl with a whisk. Add vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and zucchini to the mixture. Whisk once more to get a brownie batter.
Transfer the brownie batter to a baking dish. Put the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Take the dish out of the oven to get zucchini brownies.
