INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp black pepper
- 1½ tsp granulated sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2½ tsp yeast
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 15 oz black olives
- 1 tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp dried basil
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ oz cooking spray

- 1 grater
- 1 bread machine
- 1 rolling tin
- 1 cookie sheet
- 1 oven
- 1 clean towel
STEPS
Cut margarine into chunks.
Shred mozzarella and parmesan cheese with a grater.
Peel and chop an onion. Chop bell pepper, zucchini, black olives, and tomatoes. Then, peel and mince garlic cloves.
Put 1.25 cups of water in a bread machine. Add margarine, 1 tsp of salt, black pepper, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, and yeast. Turn on the bread machine to the dough cycle for 120 minutes to get a dough.
Put the dough on a board and knead it. Shape the dough into a rectangle with a rolling pin.
Spread the pizza sauce to the dough, top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Add onions, bell peppers, zucchini, black olives, and tomatoes, garlic, dried basil, oregano, and 1/2 a tsp of salt. Finally, fold the dough in half.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Transfer the folded dough to it and cover with clean towel. Set aside for 30 minutes, then remove the towel.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
