INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2½ cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups soy proteins

  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 spoon

STEPS

Peel and chop an onion, then dice green bell pepper.


Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Stir in onions and green bell peppers with a spoon. Cook for 6 minutes, then add tomato sauce, chili powder, soy sauce, yellow mustard, granulated sugar, and soy protein. Stir the mixture and cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat.
