INGREDIENTS
- 7 oz cabbage
- 7 oz red cabbages
- 2 carrots
- 1 half red onion
- 2 tbsp lemons
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 4 tbsp olive oil
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 whisk
- 1 spoon
- 1 grater
- 1 squeezer
- 1 bowl
- 1 serving bowl
STEPS
Cut the cabbage and the red cabbage finely.
Grate the carrots using a grater.
Peel and finely dice the red onion.
Squeeze lemons using a squeezer to get lemon juice.
Add yellow mustard, olive oil and lemon juice to a bowl and whisk for 2 minutes to get a dressing.
Place the sliced cabbage, sliced red cabbage, grated carrots, diced onions and dressing in a serving bowl. Stir with a spoon to combine..
