INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 carrots
- 1 beet
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 cups spinach
- ¼ head cabbage
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 stalks celery sticks
- ¼ sweet onions
- 1 half clove of garlic
- 3 kale
- 1 tsp red chili pepper

- 1 knife

- 1 pitcher
STEPS
Peel garlic.
Combine carrots, beet, tomatoes, spinach, cabbage, red chili peppers, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, celery sticks, sweet onions, peeled garlic, salt, and kale in a blender. Blend for 3 minutes to get a juice.
Pour juice in a pitcher, then add red chili pepper and mix with a spoon.
