INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb tofu
- 2 tbsp active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 bowl
- 1 pan
- 1 tongs
- 1 spoon
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Cut the tofu into strips.
Drizzle vegetable oil over a pan and turn on the heat. Add the tofu strips to the pan and fry over low heat for 10 minutes. Flip the tofu strips with tongs and fry them for another 10 minutes.
Pour the soy sauce and liquid smoke into a bowl. Mix with a spoon to get a soy sauce mixture.
Pour the soy sauce mixture into the pan and mix with a spoon.
Sprinkle active dry yeast over the pan. Cook for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Transfer the contents of the pan to a serving plate.
