INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 cups soymilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

STEPS
Heat soymilk in a pot for 2 minutes.
Crack eggs into a slotted spoon.
Combine egg yolks, powdered sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl. Whisk the mixture together. Stir in the soymilk and vanilla extract to get a soymilk mixture.
Heat the soymilk mixture in a pan. Whisk for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, and put the pan in the fridge for 4 hours. Pour the soymilk mixture into a vanilla ice cream maker after removing it from the fridge, then turn it on for 30 minutes to get vanilla soy ice cream.
