- 4 oz cucumbers
- 1 cups plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp spearmint
- half tsp lemons

- 1 sieve
- 1 mortar
- 1 knife
- 1 spoon
- 1 squeezer
- 1 bowl
STEPS
Shred cucumbers using a grater.
Pass the shredded cucumbers through a sieve.
Peel garlic.
Crush peeled garlic using a mortar.
Chop spearmint.
Squeeze lemons using a squeezer to get lemon juice.
Put shredded cucumbers, crushed garlic, chopped spearmint, lemon juice, plain yogurt in a bowl. Add half tsp of black pepper and mix ingredients together to form a tzatziki dip..
