INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 5 eggs
- 1¼ cups whole milk
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp granulated sugar

STEPS
Put the all-purpose flour and baking powder in a bowl. Mix with a spoon to get a dry mixture.
Crack the eggs into a second bowl. Then add 1 cup of granulated sugar, half a tsp of vanilla extract, and butter. Whisk to get an egg mixture.
Transfer the egg mixture to the dry mixture and whisk to get a batter.
Pour the batter into a cake pan.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 17 minutes.
Place the cake pan in a hot oven and bake for 30 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove the cake pan from the oven to get a cake.
Put the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and rum in a third bowl and whisk to get a milk mixture.
Pour the milk mixture over the cake.
Put the whipping cream, 1 tsp of granulated sugar, and the remaining vanilla extract in a fourth bowl and whisk to get a creamy mixture.
Spread the creamy mixture over the cake.
Transfer to a serving plate.
