INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ lb tofu
- ½ cup vegetable broth
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp margarine
- 16 oz fettuccine pasta
TOOLS
- 1 saucepan
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 food processor
- 1 colander
- 1 bowl
STEPS
Heat 10.5 cups of water in a saucepan. Add half a tsp of salt and boil the water for 3 minutes. Add fettuccine pasta and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes.
Drain the cooked fettuccine pasta in a colander.
Combine tofu, vegetable broth, basil, onion powder, parmesan cheese, and margarine in a food processor. Blitz the mixture to get a tofu sauce.
Transfer the fettuccine pasta to a bowl and drizzle tofu sauce over it.
