INGREDIENTS
- 24.76 oz tofu
- a quarter cup granulated sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp almond extract
- half cup cocoa powder

- 1 bowl
STEPS
Put the tofu in a food processor. Add granulated sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and cocoa powder to the food processor and blitz for 4 minutes to get a tofu purée.
Transfer the tofu purée to a bowl.
