INGREDIENTS
- a quarter tsp black pepper
- half tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- a quarter cup sesame oil
- half cup tahini
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 5 green onions
- 1 tbsp lemons
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
TOOLS
- 1 squeezer
- 1 food processor
- 1 glass jar
- 1 jar lid
- 1 fridge
STEPS
Squeeze lemons using a squeezer to get juiced lemons.
Peel garlic.
Put olive oil, sesame oil, tahini, green onions, juiced lemons, peeled garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blitz the mixture. Add red wine vinegar soy sauce and sesame seeds to the food processor and blitz for 2 minutes to get a tahini mixture.
Transfer the tahini mixture to a glass jar, cover the jar with its lid, and chill in the fridge.
It’s ready to be served !
