INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp red bell pepper
- ½ tsp oregano
- 3 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp basil
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp garlic
- ⅓ cup salsa
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

STEPS
Peel and chop garlic.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 12-15 minutes.
Chop red bell peppers.
Put chopped red bell peppers in a roasting tin. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over it and put it in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes to get roasted cayenne pepper.
Peel and chop an onion.
Heat 3 tbsp of olive oil in a saucepan. Stir in cayenne pepper, oregano, chili powder, basil, cumin, and onions with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add salsa, tomato sauce, and 1 cup of water to the mixture. Stir again and cook for 40 minutes. Finally, add salt, black pepper, and sour cream. Stir once more and turn off the heat.
