INGREDIENTS
- a quarter tsp salt
- 1 lb swiss chard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- half cup breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1 skillet
- 1 stirring spoon
- 1 plate
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Trim the swiss chard, then slice it into 1/2-inch pieces. Peel and mince the garlic. Halve and deseed the tomatoes, then dice them.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over a skillet and turn on the heat. Add the breadcrumbs and stir with a stirring spoon for 2 minutes or until golden. Then remove from the heat.
Transfer to a plate.
Drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil over the skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Then add the sliced swiss chard and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes, salt, and cayenne pepper to the skillet.
Cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then remove from the heat.
Transfer the contents of the skillet to a serving plate. Sprinkle with the golden breadcrumbs.
