INGREDIENTS

- half clove garlic
- half lemons
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 7 oz strawberries
- 2 cups arugula

STEPS
Cut feta cheese and peel the garlic.
Crush peeled garlic using a crusher.
Zest lemons using a zester.
Cut hulled strawberries using knife.
Preheat oven at 390F.
Prepare a baking sheet
Add sour cream, thyme sprigs, crumbled feta cheese, crushed garlic, lemon zest, chili flakes, salt and black pepper to a bowl. Stir the mixture with a fork for two minutes to get a feta cheese mixture.
Put baking parchment on baking sheet
Make sure the baking parchment covers the baking sheet properly.
Flatten puff pastry
Add ready-rolled puff pastry to lined baking sheet, add feta cheese mixture, sliced strawberries. Put baking sheet in hot oven and bake for 25 minutes. Take out lined baking sheet from hot oven.
Add thyme sprigs.
Take out from the oven and let it cool, prepare the arugula to be served on the side.
