INGREDIENTS
- An eighth tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ lbs winter squash
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp lime
- 1 tsp chili powder

STEPS
Cut winter squash in half lengthwise.
Deseed winter squash with a spoon.
Squeeze lime with a squeezer.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the winter squash in a baking dish. Pour 2 cups of water into the dish. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Take the baking dish out of the oven to get roasted winter squash.
Combine butter, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper with a bowl with a spoon to get a chili mixture.
Spread chili mixture over roasted winter squash, then transfer to a platter.
It’s ready to be served !
