INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 40 oz tomatoes
- 1¼ tsp old bay seasoning
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 stalks celery sticks
- 2 tbsp tabasco

- 1 knife
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 saucepan
- 1 bowl
- 1 sieve
- 1 refrigerator
STEPS
Peel an onion and tomatoes, then chop them.
Heat a saucepan, add tomatoes, onion, celery sticks, and granulated sugar. Stir in 1 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and tabasco with a wooden spoon. Cook the mixture for 15 minutes.
Transfer cooked tomatoes to a sieve in a bowl. Press the tomatoes with a wooden spoon to get tomato mixture.
Remove the sieve from the bowl and set the tomato mixture aside.
Combine tomato mixture with old bay seasoning in a blender and blitz to get a tomato juice.
Let it chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then divide the spicy tomato juice into glasses.
