INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 lb tomatillos
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 chipotle peppers
- 1 lime
- 1 cup parsley
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 bowl
- 1 food processor
- 1 squeezer
STEPS
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Chop the parsley.
Squeeze the lime using a squeezer to get lime juice.
Cut the tomatillos into quarters. Destalk the red chili peppers and chipotle peppers.
Put chopped onions and garlic in a food processor. Add parsley, lime juice, tomatillo wedges, destalked red chili peppers, destalked chipotle peppers, salt, and black pepper. Blitz for 2 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
