- 1 half tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 half tsp chili powder
- 1 half tsp garlic powder
- 6 tbsp tortilla chips
- Three quarters tsp salt
- A quarter tsp black pepper

STEPS
Crush tortilla chips in a plastic bag with a spoon.
In a saucepan, combine a can of black beans, granulated sugar, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder. Stir with a spoon and simmer for 25 minutes, then turn off the heat to get spicy black beans.
Transfer the spicy black beans to a serving plate and add crushed tortilla chips to it.
