INGREDIENTS
- three quarters cup vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp dark molasses
- 3 tsp onion powder

- 1 pan
- 1 glass jar
- 1 jar lid
STEPS
Peel and slice garlic.
Heat vinegar in a pan. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and set it aside for 12 hours. Remove garlic from the pan to get garlic vinegar.
Combine garlic vinegar, dark molasses, and onion powder in a glass jar.
Cover the jar with a lid and shake it.
