INGREDIENTS
- half tsp salt
- half cup wheat gluten
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- a quarter tsp cayenne pepper
- half tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chili powder
- half tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp canola oil

STEPS
Put wheat gluten, yeast, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Add half a teaspoon of salt and stir with a fork. Pour two tablespoons of water into the bowl, then add cider vinegar and ketchup. Mix everything using the fork until it resembles chorizo sausage mix.
Heat the chorizo in a pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring with a fork. Cook for 4 minutes more, then turn off the heat.
