  • 1½ cups cucumbers
  • ¼ cup sweet onions
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

STEPS

Chop cucumbers, sweet onions, green chili pepper, and cherry tomatoes.


Squeeze lemon with a squeezer.
