INGREDIENTS
- a quarter tsp black pepper
- a quarter tsp salt
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- a quarter tsp paprika

- 1 ziploc bag
- 1 griddle pan
- 1 tongs
- 1 platter
STEPS
Trim the asparagus.
Transfer the asparagus to a ziploc bag. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the bag. Next, zip the bag and shake it for 2 minutes.
Heat a griddle pan, then add the marinated asparagus to it. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Using tongs, turn the asparagus over.
Cook for 2 more minutes, then turn off the heat to get grilled asparagus.
Transfer grilled asparagus to a platter.
