INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 zucchini
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic

- 1 tea towel
- 1 sauté pan
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 lid
STEPS
Peel and mince garlic. Then, peel and chop an onion.
Rinse zucchini.
Drain zucchini on a kitchen towel.
Trim the zucchini and slice them, then chop sun-dried tomatoes.
Heat olive oil in a sauté pan. Stir in onions with a wooden spoon. Cook for 3 minutes, then add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, zucchini slices, salt, and black pepper. Stir once more and cover the pan with a lid. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, remove the lid, and transfer sauteed zucchini with sun-dried tomatoes to a plate.
