INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces red chili peppers
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 blender
- 1 sealed container
- 1 refrigerator
- 1 serving glass
STEPS
Halve and deseed the red chili peppers.
Put the red chili pepper halves, rice vinegar, granulated sugar, and salt in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes to get a puree.
Transfer the puree to a sealed container and refrigerate for 60 minutes. Then remove from the refrigerator.
Transfer to a serving glass.
