INGREDIENTS

- a quarter cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt

- 1 plate
- 1 fork
- 1 cookie sheet

STEPS
Scrub potatoes using a hard brush, then rinse and pat dry them.
Put olive oil and salt on a plate, then mix them with a spoon. Roll potatoes in the mixture using a fork to cover it.
Put the potatoes on a cookie sheet.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the cookie sheet in the oven. Bake for 60 minutes.
