INGREDIENTS
- three quarters tsp salt
- 2 potatoes
- half rutabagas
- 3 carrots
- 0.9 oz unsalted butter

STEPS
Peel potatoes, rutabagas, and carrots then cut them into chunks.
Heat a large pan and add 3 liters of water to it. Add a quarter tsp of salt, potatoes, rutabagas, and carrots to the pan. Boil for 20 minutes or until fork tender.
Drain cooked vegetables in a colander.
