INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
TOOLS
- 1 colander
- 1 roll pan
- 1 oven
STEPS
Rinse the green beans.
Drain the rinsed green beans in a colander.
Place the drained green beans in a roll pan (1 layer). Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
Preheat the oven to 400°F for 17 minutes.
Place the roll pan in a hot oven and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove from the oven and shake. Place back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove from the oven.
