INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head red leaf lettuce
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

TOOLS

  • 1 salad bowl
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 knife

STEPS

Tear the red leaf lettuce and chop the scallions.


Place the red leaf lettuce in a salad bowl.


Put the chopped scallions, cider vinegar, soy sauce, granulated sugar, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon to get a scallion mixture. Then transfer the scallion mixture to the salad bowl and toss with a spoon until well combined.
