- 1 cup soy milk
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

STEPS
Peel the banana.
Cut the peeled banana into chunks.
Put soymilk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ground ginger, allspice, nutmeg, maple syrup and banana chunks in the blender. Blend for two minutes to get a smoothie.
