INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ tsp nutmeg
- ⅓ tsp cinnamon
- 9½ ounces pumpkins
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ oz cooking spray

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Crack an egg in a bowl and whisk. Add sugar, oil, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and water to the bowl. Whisk the mixture for 5 minutes, add pumpkin, flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Whisk again to get a pumpkin batter.
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour the batter in. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 60 minutes to get pumpkin bread.
