INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 russet potatoes
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp garlic
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp horseradish dips

- 1 scrubber gloves
- 1 microwave
- 1 towel paper
- 1 vegetarian bacon tray
- 1 heavy plastic lid
- 1 bowl
- 1 plate
- 1 colander
STEPS
Rinse and drain the russet potatoes.
Scrub the potatoes using scrubber gloves before rinsing them.
Slice potatoes (1/16″ thick).
To get salted potatoes, place the potato slices in a bowl, add half a teaspoon of salt, and 2 cups of water. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Drain the potatoes in a colander.
Pat-dry drained potatoes with towel paper.
Grease a tray with olive oil and lay out potato slices. Sprinkle the potatoes with dried dill, garlic, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
Cover the tray with a heavy plastic lid and microwave it for 6 minutes. Take out the tray and remove the lid to get microwave potato chips.
Transfer microwave potato chips to a plate.
