INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 2.5 tbsp butter
- 3 potatoes
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 peeler
- 1 baking dish
- 1 oven
- 1 plate
- 1 skillet pan
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 aluminium foil
STEPS
Peel potatoes using a peeler.
Slice peeled potatoes.
Grease a baking dish with half a tbsp of butter and lay the potato slices in it.
Heat a skillet pan and add 2 tbsp of butter to it. Cook for 2 minutes, then sprinkle 1 tsp of salt and stir with a wooden spoon to get melted butter.
Drizzle the melted butter over the potato slices.
Preheat the oven to 425°F for 12-15 minutes.
Cover the baking dish using aluminium foil. Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven, then remove aluminium foil. Finally, return it to the oven for 55 minutes.
Remove pommes anna from the oven and serve it on a plate..
