INGREDIENTS

  • a third cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 eggs
  • a third tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 bananas
  • 6 oz pineapple
  • 1.25 cup all purpose flour
  • a third cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • half tsp baking soda
  • a quarter tsp salt
  • 0.4 oz cooking spray

TOOLS

  • 1 food processor
  • 1 fork
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 oven
  • 1 loaf of white bread pan
  • 1 electric mixer
  • 1 spatula

STEPS

Put the pineapple in the food processor. Blitz the food processor to get pineapple tidbits and pineapple juice.



Peel the bananas.



Mash peeled bananas using a fork to get mashed bananas.



Put butter in a bowl. Add granulated sugar and honey to the bowl. Mix the contents of the bowl using an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Crack eggs in the mixture and add vanilla extract to it. Mix again using an electric mixer for 2 minutes more. Add pineapple tidbits, pineapple juice and mashed bananas to it; stir with a spatula. Add all purpose flour too; stir with spatula for 2 minutes more to get a bread mixture..



Oven should be set to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place desired item in oven for 5 minutes to heat.



Spray a loafpan using cooking spray. Put the bread mixture in the loafpan. Put it in hot oven and bake for 60 minutes.
