INGREDIENTS
- 3 tomatoes
- half cup onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp limes
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 squeezer
- 1 bowl
- 1 salad mixing spoon
STEPS
Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Then finely chop the tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro.
Squeeze the limes with a squeezer to get lime juice.
Place the chopped tomatoes and chopped onions in a bowl. Add the chopped garlic, chopped jalapeno peppers, and chopped cilantro. Add the lime juice and olive oil and mix with a salad mixing spoon. Set aside for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with salt. Mix again with a salad mixing spoon.
