INGREDIENTS
- a quarter cup salt
- 1 lb green beans
- half tsp cayenne pepper
- half tsp mustard seeds
- half tsp dill seeds
- 1 clove garlic
- half cup vinegar

- 1 jar
- 1 saucepan
- 1 jar lid
STEPS
Peel garlic. Cut green beans.
Put cayenne pepper, mustard seeds, dill seeds, peeled garlic, vinegar and green beans slices in a jar.
Heat the saucepan on high heat and pour 1 cup of water into it. Add a quarter cup of salt to it and boil for 2 minutes.
Put jar contents in the saucepan and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and transfer the pickled green beans back to the jar..
