INGREDIENTS
- 1 pear
- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ cup blue cheese
- 2 heads arugula
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 tbsp lemons
- 1 tsp walnut oil
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

- 1 pan
- 1 squeezer
- 1 plastic bag
- 1 bowl
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Deseed and slice a pear.
Heat a pan and add walnuts. Cook for 3 minutes to get toasted walnuts.
Chop the toasted walnuts.
Crumble blue cheese in a plastic bag.
Chop arugula.
Squeeze lemon with a squeezer.
Combine walnut oil, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl to get an Italian dressing.
Put lettuce and arugula on a serving plate. Top with pears, Italian dressing, crumbled cheese, and walnuts.
