INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour

STEPS
Put butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Crack an egg into the bowl. Mix everything with an electric mixer to get a peanut butter mixture.
Combine baking soda, all-purpose flour, and half a tsp of salt in a bowl with a spoon to get a flour mixture.
Add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture.
Mix the ingredients with a spoon to get a peanut butter dough.
Shape the dough into cookies.
Lay the cookies on a cookie sheet.
Preheat the oven to 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
Turn off the heat and take the cookie sheet out of the oven to get peanut butter cookies.
