INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups peaches
- 1 cup strawberries
- ¾ cup cranberry juice
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 colander
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 freezer
- 1 blender
- 4 tall glasses
- 1 plastic wrap
STEPS
Peel and deseed the peaches, then cut them into slices.
Rinse the strawberries.
Drain the rinsed strawberries in a colander.
Hull and slice the drained strawberries.
Line a baking sheet with plastic wrap. Spread the peach and strawberry slices on the baking sheet. Cover with another layer of plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes. Then remove from the freezer and remove the top layer of the plastic wrap to get frozen fruits.
Put the frozen fruits, cranberry juice, and granulated sugar in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes to get a smoothie.
Pour into tall glasses.
