INGREDIENTS
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 16 tbsp pipe frigate pasta
- 2 broccoli
- 1 tbsp pesto
TOOLS

- 1 saucepan
- 1 colander
- 1 steamer pot
- 1 bowl
- 1 plate
- 1 lid
- 1 mixing spoon
STEPS
Cut the broccoli into florets.
Pour 6 cups of water into a saucepan and turn on the heat. Bring the water to a boil, then add pipe rigate pasta and 1 tsp salt. Cover with a lid and cook for 7 minutes. Then remove from the heat and remove the lid.
Drain the cooked pasta in a colander.
Put 8 cups of water in a steamer pot and turn on the heat. Bring the water to a boil, then add the broccoli florets and steam for 6 minutes or until tender. Remove from the heat.
Drain the cooked broccoli florets in a colander.
Transfer the drained broccoli florets and drained pasta to a bowl. Add the pesto, black pepper, and 1 tsp of salt. Stir with a mixing spoon until well combined.
Transfer to a plate.
It’s ready to be served !
