INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1½ cups whole milk
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp butter

STEPS
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Then add the all-purpose flour, salt, granulated sugar, and whole milk. Whisk for 3 minutes to get a batter.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Pour the batter into the skillet (1/3 cup) and cook for 2 minutes to get a semi-cooked pancake.
Flip the semi-cooked pancake with a spatula and cook for 1 minute. Then remove from the heat.
Transfer to a plate.
