INGREDIENTS
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp basil
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

- 1 oven
- 1 cookie sheet
- 1 spoon
- 1 parchment paper
STEPS
Cut cherry tomatoes in half, then chop basil and oregano. Next, peel and mince garlic.
Combine cherry tomato halves, basil, oregano, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix the contents of the bowl with a spoon to get a tomato mixture.
Preheat the oven to 225°F for 12-15 minutes.
Line the cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread the tomato mixture on it and bake for 60 minutes.
Remove tomatoes from heat and set aside for 12 hours to rest.
