INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oranges
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp orange flower water
  • 3 tbsp almonds
  • 1 cup sour cream

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 serving plate
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 saucepan

STEPS

Peel and slice the oranges. Cut the almonds in half.


Place the orange slices on a serving plate.


Put the almond halves in a saucepan and turn on the heat. Toast for 5 minutes while stirring with a wooden spoon.


Transfer the toasted almonds to a bowl.


Put the honey, cinnamon, and orange flower water in the saucepan and stir with a wooden spoon. Simmer for 2 minutes to get a syrup, then remove from the heat.


Drizzle the syrup over the orange slices.


Top with sour cream and toasted almonds.
