INGREDIENTS
- 2 oranges
- 1 egg
- ½ cup butter
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ oz cooking spray

- 1 squeezer
- 1 food processor
- 1 bowl

- 1 muffin tin
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Peel and cut 1 orange into quarters. Then, cut and squeeze the other orange with a squeezer to get orange juice.
Put orange juice and quartered oranges in a food processor. Crack an egg and add butter, then blitz for 2 minutes to get an orange mixture.
Combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl with a spoon to get a flour mixture.
Transfer the flour mixture to the orange mixture in the food processor and blitz to get a muffin mixture.
Preheat the oven to 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Pour the muffin mixture in the muffin tin 3/4 full. Place the tin in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Take out the muffin tin from the oven and set it aside for 5 minutes to cool.
