INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp margarine
- 2 tbsp onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 wooden spoon
STEPS
Chop onions. Mince garlic.
Put margarine in a pot, all purpose flour and chopped onions. Cook for 7 minutes then add minced garlic. Stir with a wooden spoon. Cook for 2 minutes then add soy sauce, 1 cup of water, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of black pepper. Stir with a wooden spoon then cook for 6 more minutes. Stop heating the pot to get a cooked gravy.
Transfer the cooked gravy to a serving bowl.
