INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

STEPS
Combine oatmeal, butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and half a tsp of salt in a bowl with a spoon.
Roll the mixture into equal balls.
Place the oatmeal balls on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove the baking sheet from the oven to get oatmeal crisp cookies.
