INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1½ cups raisins

STEPS
Put butter in a bowl and microwave it on low heat for 1 minute until it melts.
Combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg in a large bowl with a whisk. Crack an egg into the bowl, then vanilla extract, and melted butter. Whisk for 3 minutes, add rolled oats and raisins. Whisk once more to get a cookie mixture.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put parchment paper in a baking pan, then add the cookie mixture. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly.
Put the baking pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Take it out of the oven to get oatmeal and raisin cookies.
Cut the cookies into rectangular bars.
