INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp lemon
- 1½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup molasses
- ½ cup quick oatmeal
- 1 cup whole grain wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- ¾ cup walnuts
- 2¼ tsp active dry yeast

- 1 bread machine pan
STEPS
Squeeze lemon with a squeezer.
Chop walnuts.
Put 1.25 cups of water in a bread machine pan. Add sunflower oil, lemon juice, salt, molasses, quick oatmeal, whole grain wheat flour, bread flour, and chopped walnuts to it. Turn it on the crust setting for 3 hours to get nut bread.
