INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 potatoes
- ½ lb cream cheese
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup scallions
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup parsley
- 1 pinch dried marjoram
- ½ cup breadcrumbs

- 1 colander
- 1 potato’s masher
- 1 spoon
- 1 baking dish
- 1 oven
- 1 bowl
- 1 knife
STEPS
Chop scallions.
Boil 12 cups of water in a pot for 4 minutes. Add potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and drain the potatoes in a colander.
Set the potatoes aside for 2 minutes to cool.
Peel the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes in a bowl.
Add cream cheese, butter, sour cream, parsley, dried marjoram, and scallions to the bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix the ingredients until fully combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the baking dish from the oven to get an instant mashed potato casserole.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mashed potato casserole.
