INGREDIENTS
- 2¼ lbs potatoes
- 1¾ oz butter
- ¾ cup cream
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp white pepper
TOOLS
- 1 peeler
- 1 knife
- 1 saucepan
- 1 masher
- 1 lid
- 1 colander
- 1 wooden spoon
STEPS
Peel potatoes with a peeler.
Cut potatoes into chunks.
Heat 6 cups of water in a saucepan and boil for 3 minutes. Add potatoes, cover the saucepan with a lid and cook for 20 minutes. Remove the lid from the saucepan and drain the potatoes in a colander. Put drained potatoes and butter back in the saucepan, then add cream to it.
Mash the potatoes with a masher.
Add salt and white pepper to the saucepan and stir with a wooden spoon to get mashed potato.
It’s ready to be served !
